Ruby Tuesday in Pueblo, CO is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, supervise both service and kitchen teams, and drive guest satisfaction. You will train staff, manage schedules, control costs, and ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.

This role requires strong communication, decision-making and leadership abilities to deliver a high-quality dining experience.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience preferred.
ServSafe Certification preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training.

Responsibilities

Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees including daily activities, work assignments, time off requests and unique needs.
Lead shifts as management representative, conduct periodic performance evaluations and provide coaching or corrective discipline as necessary.
Direct operations to ensure quality and compliance with recipes, standards and P&L goals.
Drive sales and guest satisfaction while managing food costs, inventory, and health department ratings.
Ensure staff adherence to CHARM Service Model and company policies; schedule Front and Back of House training.
