Job summary

Ruby Tuesday is seeking an ambitious Assistant General Manager in Harrisburg, PA. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead both kitchen and service teams, and drive exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while controlling costs.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain equipment and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with management on inventory, scheduling, and training.
