Job summary

One Lifestyle, Ltd. is seeking an Assistant General Manager for The Goat in Columbus, OH. You will support daily operations, oversee front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and ensure outstanding guest service while upholding LC's food philosophy and standards.

The role requires a bachelor's in business management, ServSafe, and leadership experience. You will mentor staff, drive performance, and help create memorable experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Two years' leadership experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
• ServSafe certification required; TABC certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of The Goat bar and restaurant to ensure excellent service.
• Assist Front of House and Back of House activities to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Lead with the LC core values: Performance, Quality, Communication, Teamwork and Leadership.
• Drive operational compliance and consistency across shifts.
