Job summary

One Lifestyle, Ltd.'s The Goat restaurant in Columbus, OH seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, partner with the General Manager, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while upholding LC's food philosophy and standards.

You will lead both Front of House and Back of House teams, coach staff, manage schedules, training, and compliance, and drive performance through strong organization, teamwork, and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or similar area of focus desired.
• ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.
• TABC Certification where applicable
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of The Goat bar and restaurant located in the assigned area.
• Assist with daily activities of Front of House and Back of House to ensure outstanding customer service and operational compliance.
• Provide leadership to build consistency across operations, strengthen team engagement, and enhance guest satisfaction by executing our food philosophy.
