Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, run great shifts, and uphold Taco Bell standards. You’ll lead Team Members and Shift Managers, ensure duties are completed, and drive safe, quality food service with a friendly approach.

Responsibilities include inventory control, financial accountability, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
Basic personal computer literacy required.
Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager position.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
Must have reliable transportation.
Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making abilities.
Able to perform cleaning and physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs) and outdoor maintenance.

Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties.
Manage inventory and financial accountability.
Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
