Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, College or University Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background checks and drug test.
• Basic personal computer literacy and strong communication skills.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties.
• Handle inventory management and financial accountability.
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a safe place for employees and customers to work and visit.
