Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in property management operational roles.
• Strong knowledge of building finance and financial reporting.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and rent stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in overseeing all operational aspects at the development.
• Supervise AGM and site staff.
• Ensure compliance with NYCHA, LIHTC and Section 8 requirements.
• Coordinate with legal, HR, and partners on renewals and arrears.
