Job summary

Associa is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager and oversee on-site operations for a residential property. You will schedule staff, manage daily operations, coordinate delivery logistics, and ensure timely responses to homeowner concerns through the concierge team.

You will lead safety, facility management, and financial processes, attend board meetings when needed, and collaborate with HR to coach and develop employees.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of department level management experience at property level.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience supervising teams required.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Manage emergency and fire safety systems across the property.
• Oversee daily operations and concierge desk activities.
• Schedule employees and monitor shifts for on-site teams.
• Attend board meetings and take minutes when needed.
• Assist in annual budget prep and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers on site.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas.
