Job summary

Signature Aviation in Honolulu seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a cross-functional team at the private aviation terminal. You will guide ramp operations, guest services, and staff performance to deliver safe, seamless hospitality-driven service for guests, residents, and flight crews.

You’ll step in for the General Manager as needed, uphold Signature’s service standard, and model hands-on leadership in a dynamic environment with day, night, weekend, and holiday scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related experience and/or training.
• Experience in aviation or cargo operations preferred.
• 1–2 years of team leadership experience.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport requirements.
• Strong guest-service orientation and hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all business functions of the PAT including services, equipment, facilities, and staffing.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain and grow business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and airport regulations.
• Lead liaison with airport community and supervise location teams.
• Schedule, guide meetings, and manage events and shift coverage.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance of team members.
