Job summary

Stateside Live! in Philadelphia seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, maintain guest and staff standards, and supervise staff scheduling, training, and safety.

You will work under the General Manager to ensure consistent service and financial performance during busy sports and entertainment events. The role requires 1–3 years of leadership in fast-paced hospitality, strong people skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years leadership experience in fast paced hospitality environment.
• Strong people management, communication, and listening skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Flexible and adaptable to change; excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Control day-to-day operations within company policies, including staffing levels.
• Maintain professional image, cleanliness, uniforms and appearance standards.
• Manage cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting; supervise liquor and bar/restaurant products.
• Oversee cost of goods sold, inventory, and safe audits; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Respond to customer needs to provide high standards of service.
• Assist General Manager with third-party vendor contracts and payroll duties.
• Recruit, interview and hire supervisory and hourly staff; train and supervise; discipline when needed.
• Train employees on an ongoing basis; ensure safe working and guest environment.
