Job summary

Stateside Live in Philadelphia is seeking an Assistant General Manager to own daily venue operations, supervise staff, and ensure guest satisfaction within company policies.

You will lead staffing, training, safety, cash handling, inventory, and vendor relations, partnering with the General Manager to drive profitability and uphold brand standards.

Evenings, weekends and holidays are required; 21+ required with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years leadership experience in fast-paced hospitality.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and communicate clearly.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day venue operations per company policy.
• Ensure staffing levels meet needs.
• Maintain professional image, cleanliness, and uniform standards.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise supervisory and hourly staff.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays; ensure safety.
• Manage third-party vendors and contracts.
• Assist GM with payroll and admin duties.
