Stateside Live in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, and guest experience at our premier dining and entertainment destination in the Wells Fargo complex.

The role requires 1–3 years of leadership in fast-paced hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to manage teams, vendors, and admin tasks to maintain high service and financial standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years leadership experience in fast-paced hospitality
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively (verbal & written)
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
• Must be 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the venue within company policies
• Maintain professional image: cleanliness, uniforms, appearance
• Control P&L including inventory, labor, and cash handling
• Oversee cost of goods, nightly comps, and safe audits
• Respond to customer service needs and high standards of service
• Assist GM in vendor contracts and admin duties
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and supervise staff
• Train employees on an ongoing basis
• Ensure a safe guest and work environment
• Manage third-party entertainment vendors and deposits
