Job summary

Stateside Live! in Philadelphia seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of its hospitality outlets within the South Philadelphia Sports Complex.

You will ensure service standards, health and safety compliance, staff training, budgeting, and guest satisfaction while driving profitability. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating events, enforcing policies, managing inventories, and working nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years restaurant management experience in a full-service setting.
• Hospitality management degree or some college is preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
• Adhere to regulations concerning health, safety, and other requirements.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more food/beverage outlets.
• Plan and organize work; communicate and enforce policies.
• Monitor staffing, payroll, and budgeting; control costs and maximize profitability.
• Train staff and ensure proper tools and equipment are available.
• Greet guests, handle complaints, and implement service recovery guidelines.
• Coordinate events and promotions; participate in menu development and marketing programs.
