Job summary

Dogtopia is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Fishers, Indiana, to help lead our daycare, boarding, and spa operations. You will coach and develop the team, drive enrollment sales, and ensure outstanding service for every pet parent.

This role partners with the General Manager to uphold standards and optimize daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The AGM will focus on staff development, recruiting, scheduling, and collaboration with local marketing and community outreach efforts to

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable

• Weekend and holiday availability as needed
