LOCAL Public Eatery is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to impact the guest experience and build a fearless kitchen team. In this role you will mentor staff, ensure recipe standards, and coordinate with stations to deliver high-quality dishes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years culinary experience.
• Strong team leadership and ability to recruit and mentor.
• Must have or obtain valid local/state Food Handler permits.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
