Pins Mechanical Co. is seeking an hands-on Assistant General Manager to serve as the GM’s right hand and oversee all daily operations at our high-energy venue. You will manage Hospitality Managers, drive operational excellence, and develop the team from hiring through performance management.

You will translate the GM’s goals into action, lead by example, and maintain top guest experiences, strong team leadership, and solid operational performance every day.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of leadership in high-volume restaurants, bars, or hospitality venues.
• Proven ability to hire, train, manage, and develop managers and large teams.
• Strong operational, organizational, and financial management skills.
• Exceptional guest service track record delivering consistent experiences.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily, shift-based, and closing operations to ensure smooth venue running.
• Hire, interview, onboard, train, mentor, and schedule team members including bartenders, barbacks, servers, and Hospitality Managers.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls for liquor, beer, wine and food to meet financial goals.
• Maintain welcoming, high-energy guest experiences and handle complaints professionally.
• Enforce health, safety and security standards including responsible alcohol service.
• Perform daily/weekly reporting including P&L review, labor management, and payroll; support GM with planning and reporting.
