Job summary

Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe is seeking experienced managers for a Nolensville location. Full-time management roles with no late nights and a clear path to ownership are offered. You will review P&L, assist with scheduling, and implement cost controls while upholding brand standards.

You will master the menu, train and mentor staff, and ensure excellent guest service. The position requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 1–3 years management experience.
• Profit and Loss knowledge preferred.
• Google Suite proficiency and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Review store P&L, assist with scheduling, follow GM direction to hit cost goals.
• Master menu and product knowledge.
• Serve guests and build meaningful connections.
• Be responsible for the restaurant and the team on duty.
• Set the shift tone and give clear directions to staff about duties.
• Supervise and mentor staff; manage quality and training.
• Support or work stations as needed (kitchen included).
• Assist GM in interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Follow cash handling and payment procedures.
• Maintain Health Department standards throughout each shift.
• Follow alcohol handling policies and proper food handling.
• Maintain hygiene, uniform, and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing your store’s P&L, assisting in scheduling, and following the GM’s direction to reach cost goals
• Mastering menu and product knowledge
• Serving guests, making meaningful connections with them
• Being responsible for the restaurant and the team working
• Setting the tone for the shift, and giving clear, calm directions to your staff about their duties
• Supervising and mentoring your staff members and managing quality crew development, motivation, training and evaluations
• Supporting or working stations when needed (kitchen included)
• Assist the GM in interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees
• Following proper cash handling and payment procedures
• Maintaining Health Department Standards throughout each shift
• Following proper Alcohol Handling policies and procedures
• Proper food handling and storage of food products
• Maintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years management experience
• Prior knowledge of Profit and Loss statements preferred
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and computer literacy
• Strong work ethic, desire to exceed guests’ expectations, and a real passion for fresh food

Your Working Conditions/ Hours

A typical work day at Taziki’s may look like:

• Morning shift - 7am - 4pm*
• Mid shift - 10am - 8pm*
• Evenings - 3pm - 10pm*
• Weekends - when applicable
• Holidays - when applicable (always CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas!)

*Hours will vary by store.

You may work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer and food processor.
