Taziki's Café is a fast-casual restaurant brand with a strong regional presence and a focus on Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. We are seeking a qualified restaurant manager in Hendersonville to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction while controlling costs.

You will be responsible for menu knowledge, team leadership, and ensuring top-notch service in a busy setting. This role offers growth toward ownership and requires dedication to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Food Manager’s certification required shortly after starting.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Profit and Loss preferred.
• Google Suite and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Review store’s P&L, assist scheduling, and follow GM direction to reach cost goals.
• Master menu and product knowledge.
• Serve guests and build meaningful connections.
• Be responsible for the restaurant and the team.
• Set the tone for the shift and give clear directions to staff.
• Supervise and mentor staff, manage quality, training and evaluations.
• Support or work stations when needed (kitchen included).
• Assist the GM in interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Follow proper cash handling and payment procedures.
• Maintain Health Department Standards and alcohol handling policies.
• Proper food handling and storage of food products.
• Maintain hygiene, uniform, and appearance.

Management Positions are Full Time only.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing your store’s P&L, assisting in scheduling, and following the GM’s direction to reach cost goals
• Mastering menu and product knowledge
• Serving guests, making meaningful connections with them
• Being responsible for the restaurant and the team working
• Setting the tone for the shift, and giving clear, calm directions to your staff about their duties
• Supervising and mentoring your staff members and managing quality crew development, motivation, training and evaluations
• Supporting or working stations when needed (kitchen included)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 years management experience
• Prior knowledge of Profit and Loss statements preferred
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and computer literacy
• Strong work ethic, desire to exceed guests’ expectations, and a real passion for fresh food
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Your Working Conditions/ Hours:

A typical work day at Taziki’s may look like:

• Morning shift - 7am - 4pm*
• Mid shift - 10am - 8pm*
• Evenings - 3pm - 10pm*
• Weekends - when applicable
• Holidays - when applicable (always CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas!)

*Hours will vary by store.

You may work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer and food processor.
