Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager and foster a welcoming, diverse environment for members. The AGM will preside in the GM's absence and drive a culture of exceptional service and safety.

You will lead a team at the membership counter, recruit and onboard staff, track performance against KPIs, resolve issues promptly, and ensure the facility meets standards. Starting wage is $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise team members.
• Achieve revenue targets via KPI tracking and sales staff.
• Recruit local businesses into partnership programs.
• Resolve customer complaints following procedures.
• Ensure facility meets cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security standards.
