Equinox is seeking an Assistant General Manager in San Francisco to lead Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids' Club teams, upholding our luxury standards and guest experience with a collaborative, high-performance approach. You will work closely with the General Manager to execute operations, training, and guest service initiatives across the club.

This part-time leadership role requires 1–3 years of management experience, strong verbal and written communication, and excellent time management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in an operational management industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High-touch customer service experience preferred.
• Effective time management and follow-up skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Influence and inspire a dynamic work force.
• Interview, hire, train, and manage Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids' Club departments to meet brand standards and assist in scheduling and payroll budgets.
• Complete staff performance evaluations monthly and annually.
• Adhere to monthly ordering timelines and supply budgets.
• Ensure a high level of customer service to club members.
• With General Manager, support ancillary departments and sales.
• Monitor monthly departmental goals and projections.
• Ensure cleanliness of the club to Equinox standards.
• Ensure compliance with Risk Management and Loss Prevention procedures; monitor safety and security.
• Help facilitate other projects or responsibilities as delegated by the General Manager.
• Be open to location reassignment and flexible schedules.
