MGM Resorts International is seeking an inspirational Assistant General Manager for Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio in Las Vegas. You will partner with the General Manager to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional guest service in a premier dining destination.

The role requires a dynamic floor leader who can develop top talent, manage in a high-energy environment, and deliver elevated hospitality experiences across food & beverage operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent not required; HS diploma or GED accepted.
• Experience leading teams in hospitality environments.
• Strong guest service and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily restaurant operations, budgeting, and labor planning.
• Oversee HR responsibilities including coaching, training, and succession planning.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service between kitchen and dining room.
