G MGM Resorts International invites applications for the Restaurant General Manager position at Michael Mina inside Bellagio in Las Vegas. You will shape guest experiences, oversee daily operations, and lead teams with a focus on hospitality, service excellence, and financial performance.

Collaborating with the Executive Chef and BOH, you will drive service standards, training, and strategic initiatives while maintaining MGM Resorts’ prestige and brand integrity.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of prior relevant experience as a General Manager.
Previous experience in a luxury or fine-dining restaurant.
Ability to lead with a strong floor presence and uphold hospitality excellence.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Owns and leads daily restaurant operations, labor, scheduling, inventory, guest service standards, and marketing initiatives for profitability.
Co-owns the restaurant business plan and represents the restaurant in divisional or property meetings.
Aligns front- and back-of-house to deliver exceptional culinary and service experiences.
