Job summary

The Library Restaurant & Bar at Park MGM, Las Vegas, seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM to direct and lead the service teams, ensure premier MGM standards, and drive profitability in a high-volume setting.

You will manage daily operations, budgets, scheduling, training, and guest relations, while maintaining top sanitation and service quality. The role emphasizes team development, compliance, and delivering WOW experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Must have strong team leadership and guest service orientation.
• Experience coaching, counseling, and staff development in a union or non-union setting.
• Involves budgeting, labor management, training, and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Maintain guest service standards and execute marketing strategies for profitability.
• Oversee HR responsibilities including hiring, training, performance feedback, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen-to-dining-room service.
