Job summary

Restaurant Partners, Inc. in Florida is seeking experienced Assistant General Managers to support daily operations and drive service excellence across multiple properties in the Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Myers/Naples, and Jacksonville regions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of AG Manager or equivalent leadership in private clubs, resorts, or upscale restaurants, plus strong operational skills and a hands-on coaching approach. Restaurant365 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Assistant General Manager or comparable management experience in private clubs, resorts, or upscale restaurant settings.
• Strong operational and team leadership skills.
• Hands-on attitude and coaching teams.
• Ability to step in for the General Manager as needed.
• Experience with Restaurant365 is a plus.

Responsibilities
