Riviera Dining Group in Winter Park, FL is seeking anAssistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role leads the management team and staff development, while maintaining RDG standards and procedures.

In the absence of the General Manager, the AGM acts as interim GM and drives inventory, purchasing, and guest satisfaction. The position requires a hands-on leader willing to work 55–60 hours weekly, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of senior management experience.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Strong guest satisfaction focus and leadership skills.
• Experience with restaurant openings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead daily restaurant operations.
• Act as interim GM in the absence of the GM.
• Oversee management and staff development.
• Oversee inventory management and supply purchasing.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold company standards.
• Commit to 55–60 hours per week, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Provide flexible shift coverage for management and hourly staff.
