Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations at two premier clubhouse properties in the Jacksonville and Tampa areas. The role demands hands-on leadership, strong budgeting skills, and a focus on member/resident relations to ensure exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has a track record managing F&B or upscale hospitality in private clubs or HOA settings, with proven staff development abilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years GM experience in private clubs or upscale hospitality.
• Strong financial and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership and staff development abilities.
• Outstanding guest service and training orientation.
• Experience with Restaurant365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at two new premier clubhouse properties in Jacksonville and Tampa.
• Lead hands-on leadership, budgeting, and member/resident relations.
• Drive staff training and development to uphold service standards.
