You will oversee reservations, private events, inventory control, and financial performance while shaping the concept, wine and food offerings, and overall ambiance for a premier property on Knox Street.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management in a luxury dining environment.
• Proven leadership, business acumen, and attention to detail.
• Experience launching an exciting new concept at a premier property.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Develop and execute the food & beverage program, service standards, and decor.
• Oversee reservations, events, and banquet functions.
• Maintain inventory controls and financial performance.
• Foster positive relations with guests, vendors, and staff.
