Job summary

Villa Sport seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM in delivering an exceptional, resort-style club experience. You will drive operational and financial performance while developing a high-performing team and maintaining outstanding member services.

You will oversee housekeeping, member services, spa, events/sports, and F&B to meet standards with active leadership and accountability for day-to-day revenues and expenses, embodying servant leadership.
