Three+ years of management experience in hospitality or premium fitness is required, with strong customer service, leadership, financial acumen, and proficiency in facility systems. Competitive compensation includes a $99,300–$109,700 salary, bonuses, PTO, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of management experience in the hospitality or premium fitness industry.
• Outstanding customer service and hospitality expertise.
• Proven leadership abilities to develop, motivate, and inspire others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of financial statements and experience in developing annual budgets and strategic plans.
• Thorough understanding of facility operations as defined by company standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, and management systems.
• Proficient in the use of all software programs utilized at the facility.
• First Aid and CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
