KBP Foods, in partnership with KFC, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a busy restaurant in Ahoskie, NC. You will coach the team, supervise operations, and drive guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

The role offers leadership development with a path to General Manager and above-store opportunities, plus a quarterly bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and education support. Availability to close shifts and 18+ years old required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs to improve performance and profitability.
