KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Ahoskie, NC to lead a fast-paced KFC restaurant. You’ll coach the team, manage operations, and strive to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This role offers leadership development toward general management, a quarterly performance bonus, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and education support.

Formación

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment with standing, walking, lifting and safety awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Help oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and company policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs with a focus on restaurant performance and profitability.
