KBP Brands, parent of KFC, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in North Carolina to lead restaurant teams and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee operations, coaching, training, and scheduling to ensure top-tier service and profitability while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in a similar role, be at least 18, and be able to close the restaurant two nights per week. The role offers training, benefits, and clear internal growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights a week
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk for long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, prep, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges during shifts.
