Job summary

KBP Foods, the operator behind KFC, is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Raleigh to lead people, operations, and the guest experience. You’ll coach the team, plan schedules, and influence restaurant performance while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs to drive restaurant performance and profitability.
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and keep shifts running smoothly.
