Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our KFC restaurant in Pembroke, NC. You will lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory and cash handling.
• Maintain food quality, preparation, and presentation standards.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
