Bojangles' in Florida is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality. You will work with the General Manager to develop and guide a team that drives traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to read, write, and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work shift rotations, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience supervising and onboarding staff; coaching mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic banking/cash handling.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
