Bojangles' in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our team in delivering Southern hospitality and exceptional guest experiences. You will partner with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a 50-hour week across flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
