Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office Experience.

• Empowers team members to maintain WOW guest service with every interaction.
• Understands the Restaurants P&L results and how quality, service, and cleanliness impact sales.
• Engages in inventory management and safety standards.
