Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years leadership experience in QSR or retail.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication and team-building track record.
• Passion for food quality, service, cleanliness and speed.
• Proficient in basic business math and computer literacy.
• Dynamic, energetic, proactive leader who drives results.
• Willingness to work 50 hours weekly including evenings and weekends.
