Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager via KBP Bells to lead a restaurant team, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional guest and employee experience while progressing toward General Manager roles.

You'll focus on coaching, scheduling, and overseeing operations, with a path to higher-store opportunities, and competitive benefits including education support and meal discounts.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced restaurant environment with safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs focusing on performance and profitability.
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and keep every shift running smoothly.
