Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Assistant General Manager or similar in food service/retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
