KBP Brands' KFC restaurant in Missouri is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead an energetic team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive daily operations with a focus on quality and safety.

You will train staff, manage scheduling, control labor and food costs, and uphold KFC standards while pursuing growth through our internal leadership development program and competitive bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
