KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant in Missouri. You will lead a team, ensure outstanding guest service, and manage daily operations to achieve profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year behind as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to create a positive, productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly for memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve shift challenges.
