Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and operational processes.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to guidelines (GTE).
• Coach automotive technicians and CSAs; mentor and develop teammates.
