Jiffy Lube International in Montclair, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a busy service center with a guest-first focus. You’ll partner with the GM to drive revenue, coach automotive staff and customer service associates, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude with professional conduct and appearance.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Must be able to stand on hard surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction and goals.
• Coach technicians and CSA staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure inventory management and loss prevention procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per company standards.
