Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) franchisee Silver State Bell, LLC is hiring an Assistant General Manager to supervise restaurant operations and lead shifts in accordance with Taco Bell standards.

You will mentor team members, ensure quality service, uphold safety regulations, and support staffing, training, and onboarding while assisting the GM in achieving financial goals and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification and maintain health card as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks with quality.Coach and motivate team members and shift managers.
• Prioritize health and safety and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Participate in training and development, and create leadership development plans.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding with the GM.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals and customer satisfaction.
• Assist GM in overall restaurant operations.
