Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of leadership experience in food service, strong communication skills, and a hands-on leadership style. Evening, weekend, and holiday flexibility is required to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations

• Step into a leadership role in the GM’s absence, making sound operational decisions
