Job summary

Bojangles is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Fairburn, GA to help lead a busy restaurant. You will work with the General Manager to drive performance, uphold standards, and foster a positive team culture.

The AGM will train and coach staff, manage scheduling and labor, monitor food safety and cleanliness, and step in for the GM when needed. You will address guest issues and contribute to inventory and cost controls.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience in restaurant or food service.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-first mentality.
• Ability to lead in a high-energy environment.
• Solid communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
