Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Oversee and ensure exceptional customer service by the team.
• Training: Ensure Shift Leaders are properly trained and prepared to lead their teams.
• Monitoring Labor Costs: Track and manage labor costs to stay within budget and assist shifts with staffing.
• Scheduling: Create and manage schedules for the team with optimal shift coverage.
• Hiring and Staffing Recommendations: Provide recommendations for hiring decisions aligned to scheduling needs.
• Managing: Oversee Shift Leaders and Team Members to meet performance standards and policies.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, ensure stock levels and minimize waste.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and place orders as needed.
• Cash Handling: Supervise cash handling procedures and participate as needed for accuracy.
• Oil Disposal: Check oil barrels and arrange pick up as required.
