Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help the General Manager ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role offers an entry-level management path with opportunities to learn important supervisory skills and practice judgment and discretion.

Key responsibilities include delivering feedback, supervising non-management staff, guiding shifts, and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and coach shifts supervisors.
• Step in during absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale.
• Ensure brand standards and policies are followed.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and daily reporting.
• Address customer needs and build long-term relationships.
• Oversee inventory accuracy with spot counts.
