Job summary

You will lead by example, train, coach, and recognize teammates to deliver unforgettable customer experiences, and handle daily operations in the manager's absence.

This role requires at least 1 year of assistant management in food service, a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and availability for varied hours.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills used for cash handling and scheduling.
• Basic computer literacy for POS and scheduling.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including late nights and weekends.
• Minimum 1 year of Assistant Management experience in a restaurant.
• Food service experience is a plus for a smoother transition.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are made to standard andGuest metrics are followed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards in the restaurant.
• Assist in training, development, and assessing new team members.
• Help manage hiring, training, and coaching for staff.
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and daily controls.
